Using perform plus as your daily base workout, you also receive a monthly coaching lasting 60 minutes to either: –
1. Have an assessment and programme to work a specific weakness eg snatch or ring muscle up.
2. Discuss adapting the programme to help it work better for you e.g. if you need to focus on a particular skill for quality (in isolation) rather than in under pressure (in a WOD).
3. Review your techniques and give guidance for your training approach.
